What file/documents formats do you accept for quotation?
We support most common CAD formats including STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks, 2D drawings in PDF, Dwg or picture etc. Upload your files on our platform, and our engineering team will review them for quotation.
I am a new company and unfamiliar with your workflow, how can I make payment?
We offer multiple secure payment options for new customers, including bank transfer, PayPal etc. Our sales team will send you a formal proforma invoice with clear payment instructions once your order is confirmed.
Some internal features of my parts cannot be machined, can I 3D‑print the blank and then finish it with CNC machining?
Yes, hybrid manufacturing (3D‑printed blanks + CNC post‑machining) is one of our available solutions. Our engineers will evaluate your internal geometries, material selection and tolerance requirements to confirm feasibility and provide a suitable process plan.
How will you handle it if the parts I receive have quality defects?
Please notify us within 1 month once you find non‑conforming parts, and provide clear photos or inspection reports. We will carry out a full review and offer solutions including rework, remanufacturing or refund based on the actual situation.
Is your quotation made by AI or supported by AI?
No, for every project, we will manually quote it to guarantee the best method, reasonable and repeatable for volume production.
How about the time it will cost for quotation?
It will be within 2 hours in our working time for items lower than 50 in our working time. It will be 1-2 days for items over 50.
Will my design files and project information be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We strictly protect all customer design data. We are willing to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request, and your drawings will never be shared with third parties.
What shipping options are available for international orders?
We support DHL, FedEx, UPS and sea freight for global shipments. You can select your preferred courier method, and we will also recommend the most cost‑effective shipping solution according to your delivery timeline.
Is it possible to make design changes after I place an order?
Design revisions are allowed only before production starts. Once production has begun, changes may not be feasible. For features haven’t been machined, it could be changed.
Can you produce both functional prototypes and mass‑production parts?
Yes. We provide one‑stop services, from low‑volume functional prototypes to mid‑and large‑batch manufacturing, with consistent quality standards across all production stages.
